Fertility Tea (pre conception)

Fertility Tea is for to help heal a prepare the womb for fertility, can help ease cramps and menstrual cycles, balance hormones by regulating estrogen levels, increase libido. Women who are struggling to conceive due to infertility, women with menopause, postpartum, PCOS. Strengthen overall reproductive health to increase chances of fertilizing an egg. How to prepare tea blends:

1. Add 1 tsp of loose leaf herbs to every 6-8 oz cup of water (strainer ball, tea bags, or other tea straining devices)
2. Steep for 10-15 mins
3. Pour in cup let rest for 3-5 minutes (preferably with strainer ball, i leave it in to get stronger)
