Ample Iron Tea

Ample Iron Tea helps with anemia by boosting iron levels, helping support iron absorption, improve dark circles, more energy. Helps symptoms like shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, chest pain, pale skin, fatigue, irregular menstrual cycles, hemorrhaging.

How to prepare tea blends:

1. Add 1 tsp of loose leaf herbs to every 6-8 oz cup of water (strainer ball, tea bags, or other tea straining devices)
2. Steep for 5 minutes
3. Pour in cup let rest for 3-5 minutes (preferably with strainer ball, i leave it in to get stronger)
