How to prepare tea blends:

1. Add 1 tsp of loose leaf herbs to every 6-8 oz cup of water (strainer ball, tea bags, or other tea straining devicesř)
2. Steep for 10-15 mins
3. Pour in cup let rest for 3-5 minutes (preferably with strainer ball for potency)
